We typically step in 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event. This allows us ample time to comprehensively review your contracts, connect with your vendor team, and build a master timeline so no logistical detail is overlooked.
Do you handle all vendor communication on the day of the event?
Absolutely. We serve as the primary point of contact for all your vendors, ensuring they arrive on time, know exactly where to set up, and execute according to the agreed-upon plan without needing to pull you away.
